Hi, I’m Ashley Bass — founder of Renee & Co.
I created Renee & Co. with a simple belief: HR should feel human, practical, and genuinely supportive of the people behind the business. My background is in HR and people operations, with experience supporting growing organizations across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, organizational support, and operational process improvement.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with leadership teams to help bring structure to fast-moving environments, improve workflows, support employees, and create people-focused systems that allow businesses to grow more effectively.
Renee & Co. was built to provide approachable, high-quality HR and operational support for businesses and organizations that need practical solutions without the overly corporate feel.
